The nutrient composition of the materials showed a profile for dry matter, crude protein, ether extract, crude fibre, ash nitrogen free extracts and metabolizable energy to be 89.62%, 7.00%, 0.36%, 67.10%, 2.27%, 23.27%, 1,273.65 Kcal/kg; 89.22%, 15.51%, 5.45%, 19.57%, 20.46%, 28.43%, 2,334.04 Kcal/kg and 97.21%, 10.62%, 12.65%, 15.82%, 14.21%, 46.70% and 3,490.1 Kcal/kg for walnut shells , Thaumatococcus daniellii leaves and Banana leaves respectively.
